Shipping Policy

At GavyaGlitzy, we deliver across all major locations within India and are committed to providing high-quality, secure packaging and timely delivery. Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received—this applies to orders placed via our website, official Instagram page, or WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not permitted. We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, while customized orders may require additional processing time depending on complexity and quantity; all updates are shared via WhatsApp or email. Although we strive to ship within the timeline mentioned on the product page, delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is dispatched, no modifications can be made. Our products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging—if the package appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and return it immediately to the delivery person. Additionally, we request you to record a video while returning the tampered package and share it with us via our official WhatsApp; video proof is mandatory for return acceptance. Kindly note that order cut-off times are only indicative and may be affected by payment authorization or other operational delays. We currently do not offer international shipping, and orders are shipped only within India.
